I started 6 days ago when I got the flu, since I couldn't breath. It's 26 years with only two quits for 6 months each. The body remembers the habit. My own body is a particular bitch, since it efficiently convinces me that we am dying! Every 48 mins, I am going to take a seat and pain writhes through my veins and guts like shards of glass, pumping until my heartbeat fades and pressure in my breasts And arm!! This body is way to smart, it kinda proves that we are not completely fastened or in charge of everything our body does.
You will also have to deal with smoking nostalgia” for the others you will ever have. You'll remember the nice times you'd while smoking or the sensation of your cigarette after meals or each day. Don't let yourself get sentimental! For each cigarette that sensed great, there have been hundreds more that you didn't actually want to smoke but needed to because your habit demanded it.
Almost 3 weeks smoke cigars free...and almost wish I'd never leave! Belly pains/aches, dizziness, sinus pains, red/ itchy watery eye, random aches and pains all over the place...extreme anxiety attacks...constantly think it's something much much worse. My only solace is the fact I can trace each one of these issues back again to my quit date(except the anxiety-that's been with us for a long time), and of course reading that so many people go through the same things! Ive been quit from smoking since October 2012, the thing is ive started being dizzy again is this normal after so very long? also a personal question, i needed love-making with my partner and afterwards experienced dizzy and nauseaus for the first time, the love-making was different ( kids weren't here so could be more noisey ) is this normal have you any idea?. Sorry to ask such an individual question.
